Only 6 miles from H&H Homestead. This beautiful home was Catherine's grandparents home in Maysville. In 2004 Catherine moved this home to her residence in Gillsville. She restored the home for Church and Family functions. Now you have the opportunity to rent this gorgeous home for one of our Markets. 

It would be the perfect place for some of our out of town customers/vendors, coming for our shows. The Jarrett House is not a registered Airbnb. There are 3 large bedrooms; two of them each have 2 double beds and a half bath; the other has a queen bed, single bed and en suite full bath. Additionally, there is another full bath. Easily sleeps 6.

Best features: extremely quiet and peaceful, bed swing on back porch, fire pit, small intimate patio, large spacious patio, laundry facilities, full operable kitchen, and big dining table.

Price is $75 per night, regardless of number of visitors, and one time cleaning fee of $100.
